11. Do you accept international orders?
Currently JAYJUN US does not ship outside of the United States and
Canada. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

You may return your items if they are unopened and sealed for a full
refund or store credit.

You can contact our customer support. We will issue a full refund of the
product or will replace your product free of charge.

Our products are discontinued if they are not received with positive
response. We at JAYJUN will help you find your new favorite product! You

15. Why is my favorite product “temporarily out of stock”?
It means that it’s a very popular item and it has been completely sold out
from our USA warehouse! But don’t worry, we often get shipments from
our warehouse in South Korea. The item should be back in stock shortly.

16. Can I return a JAYJUN product that I didn’t purchase on JAYJUNUS.com?
Unfortunately, you can only return products that you’ve purchased directly
from JAYJUNUS.com. You would have to go directly to the retailer where
you purchased your product from.

17. How can I use an online promo code?
In the checkout, you may apply your promo code under the “Gift card or
discount code” field.

18. How do I cancel an order?
If your order has not been processed for shipment yet, you are able to
cancel your order. Otherwise, you are not able to cancel it and would have
to issue a return.

We accept credit / debit cards, amazon pay, shopify pay and PayPal.
